The Taste of Lawrence is
a 3-day food and cultural festival. As Scarborough’s
largest street festival it boasts the most enticing flavours from every
community in the GTA. Locals and tourists alike come to the festival to
experience the Taste firsthand as they celebrate their cultures and learn
about the rich heritage of others.
The event has two full size stages that
feature professional performances. One stage is dedicated to entertainment
for youth and encouraging them to participate in song and dance. Complete
with midway rides and amusements, free sampling, martial arts displays, play
areas, live music, dancing in the street, and more smiles than you can
imagine, the Taste of Lawrence has many attractions for the whole family.
