ErinoakKids Centre for Treatment and Development will host the second annual EOK 5KM on Sunday, April 27, 2014 at Lakeside Park in Mississauga from 10:00am - 2:00pm.

ErinoakKids Centre for Treatment and Development is Ontario’s largest children’s treatment centre – serving over 13,500 children with disabilities and their families each year. Our mission is to help children and youth with physical, developmental and communication disabilities achieve optimal levels of independence, learning, health and well-being. We provide a comprehensive array of medical treatment, therapy and support services including Autism Services, Communication Services, Infant Hearing Services, Medical Services, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy and Vision Services.

Help us raise funds for the children and families in our community on a safe, accessible course. Early Bird Prizes are available!

Registration

Team: $20 per person for teams of four or more

Individual:$25 per person

Children 5 and under are FREE

Registration closes on April 16.
