6. Heart Healthy Walks

Get active this spring on a guided hike with Mike Erison from City of Mississauga Recreation and Parks, on the trails around Riverwood. Each walk starts with a 30 minute ‘easy’ hike followed by 30 minutes of ‘brisk’ walking. Come dressed to exercise and wear supportive footwear! Location: MacEwan Field Station
